Water Quality Monitoring
Water quality instruments measure what is dissolved in water, continuously. TDS and conductivity show RO and DM performance, pH and ORP control dosing and effluent quality, and online controllers combine readings with alarms and relay outputs. Filtsap supplies panel and field-mount instruments with sensors.
Flow & Pressure Monitoring
Flow and pressure instruments show how much water is moving and how hard the plant is working. Rotameters and electromagnetic flow meters measure flow, pressure gauges and transmitters track pump and membrane pressures, and differential pressure gauges tell you when filters need changing.

FAQs
Why monitor ORP before an RO membrane?
A high ORP (above about 200–250 mV) signals residual chlorine, which damages polyamide RO membranes. An ORP meter can trip the plant or raise SMBS dosing.
Why fit a differential pressure gauge on a filter housing?
It shows the pressure drop across the filter. Replace cartridges when ΔP rises 1–1.5 kg/cm² over clean. This avoids both changing them too early and letting them burst.
