Filtsap pleated cartridges come with PP end caps and support cores, so they are fully compatible with standard 10" and 20" housings. For harsh chemicals, stainless-steel supported versions are available.
Because the pleats spread the dirt load over a large area, one pleated cartridge can replace several depth cartridges in polishing duty.

Is a 0.22 micron pleated cartridge sterile-grade?
A 0.22 µm PP pleated cartridge removes bacteria-sized particles for clarification and bioburden reduction. If you need validated sterile filtration, ask us for an integrity-tested PES or PTFE membrane cartridge.
When should a pleated cartridge be replaced?
Replace it when the differential pressure reaches 15–35 psi, or as your quality procedure requires.
